I’ve led delivery in gambling/igaming, logistics, restaurant tech, security, and video streaming — different industries, same recurring problems: delivery slows down without anyone measuring why, good engineers leave because nobody addressed the real reason, and business and tech stop understanding each other.
Today I work as an external senior architect and AI delivery consultant: I design the architecture, AI agents do the execution, you pay for the outcome. Same model I use to run my own marketing — this site’s content pipeline is proof, not a slogan.
How I work

- Max 3 active implementation clients at a time, plus advisory retainers in parallel — so each one gets real attention, not leftovers.
- Async-first — one call a week per client, everything else in writing. Fully remote.
- You pay for delivered architecture and results, not logged hours.
What I don’t do
The three things I turn down, every time.
- Body leasing, staff augmentation, or joining your team as a de facto employee.
- Time & materials with no scope or ceiling.
- Projects with no real decision-maker on the client side.
